The Training & Placement Cell aims at providing quality assistance to the students in order to find their dream job. It is governed by a professor in-charge, who is accountable for employment of the potential aspirants. The aim of the cell is to prepare the students according to the industry norms.
At RBMI, the cell operates throughout the year to provide good job opportunities to the aspirants by contacting the top-notch companies. In case, any student wants to ask questions regarding their placement or employment, they can contact the staff specially appointed to respond to their queries. Queries may include preparation on placement procedures, drafting the applications, resumes and preparing for group discussions necessary during the time of employment.

The major objective of the staff is to ensure that students have all the information and skills necessary for an effective job search. The students who consider pursuing their career in education or related fields are properly trained at the Training & Placement Cell.
The advice or training offered by the placement staff is based on up-to-date placement statistics along with an envisioned view of educational, industrial and future trends.
At RBMI, every effort is carried out to create opportunities for the aspirants to get the placements.

The best part of the group is organizing inter and intra competitions round-the-year. The sports offered at the campuses are Volleyball, Badminton, Tennis, Football and Cricket along with many indoor and outdoor games.
Each student has to undertake summer training in reputed companies for duration of six to eight weeks, as a part of the curriculum. Students are required to work on a project given to them either by the sponsoring organization or selected by the students themselves. The project report/thesis is an intensive learning exercise for students to apply particular theoretical concepts into practical situations as experienced in the industrial establishments.
Final placement of students is a strategic activity for RBMI and all the processes are aligned for the same. Keeping in mind the existing and expected job opportunities, we plan to provide placement services to our participants. For effective placements, we establish close tie-ups with the companies, which are in the process of providing jobs to our students.
